Hello,
I was cleaning my room out and came accross my old wired netgrear router when I first got boardband. I have all the cables powerpack etc, But I have forgot the password to login, I was wondering is there a way to reset to default settings, I did have a litle booklet when I first had it with info but duno were it is any ideas, I thought I may try and sell it if I can reset it may get a tenner or something for it
anyway Thanks.

Usually there is a small reset hole on the back, push a pin in there before/when powering up, hold for 10 sec and it should reset to defaults.

It will depend on the age of the Netgear as to which details it will be.
The username is normally "admin" (no quotes) for Netgears. The password will either be "password" for most models or "1234" on some of the oldest of them.
The address will normally be http://192.168.0.1/
