Replacement PLusnet One Router - Linksys WRT1900ACS

Hi can you advise if the following router can be used to replace the plusnet Hub one, im having nothing but trouble with the router and im looking to replace it with a Linksys WRT1900ACS.

Is this hardware compatible with plusnet, i currently have an BT OPenreach moden which then connects to the plusnet hub one, the kids are complaining that the wifi is no good, it has always been this way with the lus one router and i think its time to replace with a better product,what are peoples recommendations for a router that can run DD-WRT on a plaus net line.

Thanks

@mrburns

Welcome to the forums.

Yes it is compatible with Plusnet's services if you just use it to replace the Hub and plug it's WAN port into the Openreach modem.

I don't use a DD-WRT compatible router so cannot comment more on which one is better suited.
