Removing Linux dual boot

How do you remove a linux partition and the grub loader under windows 7.  It was quite easy under xp.  I have removed it once before but I cannot remember.

or create a windows startup / boot disk and use fdisk

Yes, have always done (on Vista) as Barry says.  Must be done before deleting the partition (if that is what you are going to do).
In Vista this has worked for me:
Put the disk in the drive
Safe mode with command prompt, type in BootRec.exe /FixMbr and it has repaired in a few seconds.
