I've just moved from BT to PlusNet and cant access my work computer from home. VERY annoying! Even more annoying is that PLUSNET say they cant help for security reasons even though I've gone through all my security details. Im beginning to think PLUSNET router isn't sophisticated enough to provide RDC demands. Is that right or am I just doing something wrong?
Does your work use IP Whitelisting, maybe they don't have the new IP in their systems? I personally run quite a demanding virutalized setup that I can remote into from my plusnet connection and from others without issue on our Hub One and the previous Hub Zero. what kind of errors do you get when trying to use RDP? hopefully we can get this troubleshooted here
