As many will know, I take a lot of photgraphs, and store them on my laptop...
when I download the pics from the camera, I use the USB lead, and the pics are downloaded automatically into the current date folder inside a folder called "Digital Camera Dowloads 2010"..... so now it is 2011, and I want to "re-direct" the downloads to a new folder called Digital Camera Downloads 2011...
I have renamed the old folder to Camera Downloads 2010, but a test run shows the newest (todays) download appearing in the Camera Downloads 2010, albeit with the current date on the folder...
I have done this before,.... but cannot remember how ! ! ...(well it was a year ago) !! ! . (and I am getting old - my favourite excuse !)...
so please can someone advise me how to re-direct to the new 2011 folder.... thanks

simples !.... make a new folder for 2010...drag and drop all 2010 folders to it,...... change title of old folder from 2010 to 2011.... pics go into re-named 2011 folder...!
