Having such a small userbase compared with some of the other ISPs I think we did really well. I'm really proud. We've had some setbacks this year and despite that I think we've come good. Knowing that you guys still love us means a lot 
The awards we have had this year have been wonderful and it's all down to customers supporting us. It's all very well for our competitors to bribe thousands of people to subscribe but if in doing so you lose what we have here on this site then it's not going to amount to anything in the long run.
I think I'm a bit melancholy having been reduced to tears of frustration (yet again) by my insurance company's "off-shore" claims line today but it puts it in perspective for me. The outlet that people have here is very important, I have nowhere to "rant" about my insurance issue. I'm glad that PlusNet don't underestimate the value of the community site and it makes me feel good about working for them. Here's to more well deserved awards next year
