Ask on here - as you have done
Tickets are essentially finished for most problems
But from the log - and I am not an expert - the router firewall blocked an incoming request either because it was unsolicited or it was too long after the outgoing request

You can check on Whois where they are from - the two yellow ones are Microsoft and some of the red ones are from Russia. I get a lot from China and Russia- they are not usually anything to worry about as it is just telling you the firewall has stopped them.
Are you running Windows 10 perhaps?

The router firewall has stopped them and as they are spread out and not hitting every few seconds I wouldn't worry about them too much, pretty much every router log will have something like that showing at some point.
