RSS Feed - Firefox 3.5

I have just subscribed to a new RSS feed on Firefox and I would like a flag or notification of new entries.
Is there a decent addon for this or alternatively is it possible to set up an email notification as the site doesn't appear to offer that option.

If you use Thunderbird, add the RSS feed to that as it's built in...
You could try http://www.feedmyinbox.com/ for RSS -> email gateway but I've never used it
No idea on the addon etc. as I don't do RSS in Firefox.

Thanks for the quick replies - having been put on the right track I am now trying RSS Popper in Outlook 2003  and it seems to do everything I need
