Questions - I used to get an email reply - what has happened?

I used to get an email reply to any questions I raised, and so could respond quickly. 
Something, somewhere has changed, and now I am not receiving this - where can I change it please, does anyone know, searching the site has not found me the answer, or I am asking the wrong question of the search engine.

Carol - I've just had a quick look at your account.  I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be receiving the email and our system thinks it's sending them to you.
Could your email programme be marking them as spam or something like that?

I rather think you have and I suggest you move it back and delete the topic moved posts.
