Your Support Ticket is being worked on by a member of the Support Team as we speak.
You should get an update to this within the next few minutes.

I have just plugged my router into the test socket and would like to ask if i could have my line monitored for faults or disconnections in the next 48 hours if that is possible?

Re: Question number: 81051624

Why don't you let the faults team get on with their job and exhibit a little patience.
You are not the only customer with problems so continually posting here requesting immediate action won't help in the slightest unless your ticket is being ignore which yours certainly hasn't been
