Program will only open in one account

I ought to know the answer to this
I have programs that are visible only in my account and not in others.
How can I make them available to all accounts?

Hi
Assuming you are on XP and you haven't changed the default documents and settings folder, you need to do the following:
Open 'my computer', open the 'C' drive  and open 'Documents and Settings'
In there there will be an 'All Users' folder and your username folder. Open your folder
In there there are two folders called 'Desktop' and 'Start menu' open these folders in turn and cut and paste the icons/folders etc to the 'all users' equivalent.
This should make the short-cuts available to everyone.
