Problems setting up e-mail account in Office Outlook

I am trying to set up my new Plusnet e-mail account in Office 365 Outlook. I have found all the settings etc I need, but it will not accept my password - it keeps putting up the small box where you have to click to confirm it.

Also, I am swapping to Plusnet as an internet provider, but for the next month I will be using my old provider. Do I use their outgoing server, or Plusnet's?

Are you using a "plusnet" email address..... for your new email setup ?  as in 

"username".plus.com      with a plusnet password    

This probably won`t work until you are a "plusnet customer" and connected to the internet via plusnet server.
