We have moved housing taking our plus meant account with us. We have smart tv's and sincere have been here - 1 month, we are unable to access Iplayer. The tv recognises plusnet but will not connect to wifi. Our laptops, tablets and wifi printers are working, does anyone know what the problem could be? Help please

Check that you are entering the WPA security key correctly on the TV. All letters will be capitals in the range A to F. Digits 0 to 9.
0 might have / through it making it appear like an 8. It is also easy to confuse B (which has a broad waist) and 8 (with a slender waist).
