Hi, I've got an HP3930 printer and windows 8.1, it was working fine then today the light started flashing and it won't print. After looking at help sites I uninstalled it, but now when I'm trying to reinstall I keep getting a message that another instance of HP printer install wizard is running and I can't get past it. I have found this HP wizard in downloads and can't delete it. Does anyone understand what I mean and if possible advise on what to do. Thanks.
