Power cut slightly increased speed?

Hey guys, before the power cut happened my connection had been on for around 12 straight days, no disconnects and around 50 mb down 5.5 up, the upload is way below estimate of 20 mb on a clean line according to the dslchecker but no fault found or anything from bt, the whole neighborhood just had a power cut and iv got an extra meg on my upload! :P. I thought disconnects lower speed though? here are my line stats, do you think the connection is struggling with the SNR?

EDIT: Power cut again and i still have 6.5 mb upload lol, what is this sorcery!
