Post office phone billing
so know one is any the wiser than me.
just rang them up to remind them to make sure they bill me and take the money
(i have to do this every month or they dont take payment)
the guy said i should get invoice on the 8th and payment taken around 27th. surrgested PO sort there billing system out and acctualy invoice there customers like they say they do. ive not had one email of them to the PO email address.
honestly this company expects you to say silent about them never billing you and wait for you to cancel in a years time to then be faced with a £300+ bill
if i get the time i might start a post office phone and broadband forum just to see how many other customers have the same rubbish billing service
