Possible Fiber for Inverness in near future

Just saw future-communications.co.uk advertising for fiber cabling engineers for Inverness area, I can't afford it at current pricing but there is hope for those that can.

You might find in 6-24 months, if they're still going - BT will stomp in and upgrade the exchange for the "majority of customers"
Let the compeition find the customers, do the leg work, and then steal them with a cheaper product after 12 months. 
Not that im a cynic of course;)
