Portal kaput?

Was trying to check a  ticket I opened this morning and can't get the portal to load at all now
edit: sods law post this then it works

Ok Opera is being weird or the site is, sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesn't
Opera 10.63

and

both randomly give blank pages

So anyone else with Opera having issues with the portal since 7th?
Cleared all plus.net cookies
Cleared Opera's cache
Only site I'm having issues with, so wondering if some web development got pushed out on the 6th or 7th
