Port forwarding not working

Hi i have a whs 2011 with ports 80 & 443 set up to forward the device has a static ip with the subnet & gateway set correctly i can remote desktop into it from a client pc on the same lan and browse the web from it but cant set up port forwarding on it for remote access.
Any ideas?

Had to reset dns today don't know if that has anything to do with it but still not working

Forget it ditched this pile of xxxx with all the problems i have had and plugged in an old billion router and evcerything works as it should, so anyone else reads this in the future ditch the router
