Poor VPN speeds using Private Internet Access

I'm using private internet access with hub one , when I turn pia on I lose Wi-Fi . what am I doing wrong as I'm new to vpn . thanks

I use pia and haven't had any issues with the hub - are you using the pia app?

Assume the app goes green to show it is connected ok?

Do you have on safeguard on?

Are you behind a firewall? Maybe that's what's blocking your connection 😕

can you open a command prompt (type cmd in the search box) and give the results of the following command:

tracert www.google.co.uk
