Podcasts don't seem to be updating automatically in Itunes

Hello Apple fans
I have an iPod Nano (3rd generatio) which serves me well for listening to music during my breaks at work and connects to my portable audio system at home and so I use iTunes 8.02
Now I've been trying to subscribe to the Global Trance Grooves podcast which comes out monthly but does not seem to update if I click on Update podcast nor is it updating automatically

Any ideas?

No sorry Windows version of iTunes.

I posted here because its Apple software that's all and thought a Mac fan would be kind enough to give me some advice.
