Yes, we are partnering with John Lewis to provide John Lewis Broadband. The products have been designed with them and with their customer base in mind.

If the PlusNet Broadband goes down, and it's not a BT problem, such as happened with No Internet & NO Internet light on router Thursday 19th April 4pm,
will the John Lewis Broadband and / or site also go down ?
Could be useful for checking Service Status on the JL site if PN site is unavailable.
Or will everything happen in Tandem ?
Also, I haven't spotted a JL forum yet.
Could be useful for a different take on things.....
