Plusnet portal very slow

I have noticed over the last few weeks that logging in to and using the plusnet portal is very slow.  This was made even worse last week when I was out and about and only had mobile access via very slow 2G connections.  It was impossible to login to any plusnet services.  They were just extremely slow.  This included the members portal, webmail and the plusnet communtity. Others parts of the internet were usable but anything to do with xxxx.plus.net was no go.  Is there any reason?

Unsure off the top of my head though I believe it's being looked into. I've definitely seen a couple of threads on this issue in these forums, if I come across them I'll post some links up.

A couple of threads? We've been complaining about the speed of the portal for years!
