Plusnet order

Hi i have outstanding plusnet order I cheacked my staus it said problem with my line? i dont understand..i contacted CS with ticket said should go live on the 3rd( and order been picked up) but still showing as problem Also im confused if it will work on 3rd or i have wait 5 days for DD to go threw also will my BB be active same day? or 5 days when its clear?(DD)
