Plusnet installation

When I try to download Plusnet Assist via I.E 9 it only does a partial download. When I go through Firefox, the program is downloads but will not run on my computer . I am running Windows 7 Ultimate, 64bit    Plusnet Tech. have given up on it and say they cannot help. Anyone got any ideas ?

I would give up and forget about it as, in my opinion, it is a waste of space
Do you have any problems which you hope it will solve

I don't have any probs. at the moment, only having switched to Plusnet last week.  I just felt that ,if I was paying for something, I should be able to use it !
If I do get any worries, I now know where to look for help.
