Plusnet VOIP web site page help information unreadable.

If I log into https://voip.plus.net/login/account_overview and click on the extension in purple a new page appears.
On this page are little blue squares with an italic i which I guess means information.
If I hover my mouse pointer over these i's some text appears. Unfortunately it is unreadable on this computer with Firefox or Internet Explorer.
Please can someone have a look at the example partial screen capture and fix the problem?

Yep, just tried it here with Firefox 3 and the text box appears 'behind' the main form and is obscured by the orange bars of the existing form.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
