Plusnet Support -- Music on hold volume?

Just spent an uncomfortable 10 minutes listening to a VERY LOUD series of tunes whilst on hold.  No problem with the music -  but the transmitted volume is WAY too LOUD.even for my aged earholes.
Any chance it could be backed off a bit?

Hi,
Can I add my request to this as well.  I've called Plusnet CS a couple of times in the last week and I've always had to hold the phone away from my ear while on hold due to the volume.

Sounds a good idea to me as I put the phone on the desk while waiting for an answer and it will be easier to tell when it has
