What a nightmare............received an E mail saying that Plusnet Protect had been removed from my account..........made telephone contact................they said that they couldn't understand why! i received an e mail confirming all was ok. Two days later McAfee informs me that my subscription is out. after trying to renew through plusnet, I removed McAfee as advised by the Techs. Into Add-Ons but downloading numerous times McAfee tells me that the serial numbers entered do not relate to any programs from this McAfee Account. Spoke to Plusnet Tech....(another 60 mins wait on the phone).....wait for it.....they suggest I speak to the forum as they don't understand ....So I have no appropriate security software protecting my computer...........Any/all help and advice is appreciated!!
