Plusnet Protect Download Problem :(

Hi, I am trying to download plusnet protect, I have downloaded it successfully on my previous laptop, but when I try now it always displays the attached image. The suggestion it gives is only 'try installing them again'.

Any ideas what to do?

Don't waste time with it, use one of the free AV programs, AVG, Avast  even Microsoft's own Windows defender or whatever it's called.

Plusnet protect is a waste of time   as @RealAleMadrid   says plenty of better free ones around
