I have read this and can say I can get broadband " Standalone " In my area from orange for 10 pound If I have an orange sim card which I do. Should I ring Plusnet up to get my Broadband price reduced to ten pound?

Go on then.
However I think you'll be unlucky since needing to have an Orange mobile sim card to qualify means it isn't publicly available.

I think It Is publicly available, Just like their sim cards ( Which I already have ) I dont need a sim card to qualify for orange BB just Its cheaper with a sim card.
