Plusnet Not Supported

Not able to connect Tablet to modem, message from Plusnet Assist,
We have detected that you are using a browser not currently supported by Plusnet Assist. The supported Browsers are :
Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
Firefox .
Browsers I use are Internet Exp 11.09600.16428, Firefox 25.0.1
Any help. Selkirk.

Your tablet will be using Chrome which is not on that list. Have you successfully connected any other devices to the router over wireless? (Just wondering if the problem is only to your tablet.)

I'd ignore the 'browser not supported' message from Plusnet assist, can you confirm which router model you're trying to connect to please?
