Plusnet Assist

Hi
I have tried to use the Plusnet Assist but it s telling me that I am not using the right browser. It needs at least IE 6 or newer version. My IE is 11 so surely it should be ok.
Not really sure what to do. Could you help, please?
Just bear in mind that I am not a techy guy 😉

best thing to do is uninstall it, it's pointless anyway.

It is, and I have said this since it was first introduced, a complete waste of space

Post to say what problem you were hoping to solve and we should be able to tell you how to do it without using Plusnet Assist.
