Plusnet Assist

I have tried to run Plusnet Assist on several occasions, after downloading it to my Windows 7 64bit PC.. It keeps giving me the message that I need to be using Firefox or Internet Explorer to run it.  I use Firefox but the program does not recognise it, for some reason.
Is Plusnet Assist worth bothering about and what am I doing wrong ?

Re: Plusnet Assist

There's absolutely nothing that PN Assist does that can't be done directly by a half competent user - forget it!
