Plusnet Assist

I keep getting Plusnet assist flashing up with script errors. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now it won't even start without an error. Is there conflict with java/flash or something like that?
Current error reads:
An error has occurred in the script on this page

Anybody able to help?

Do you really need it - I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole

Also keep getting:
Stop running this script?
A script on this page is causing your web browser to run slowly. If this continues to run your computer might become unresponsive.
Anybody able to advise?

Out of interest, do you have the latest version of Java? https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

Yes, software versions were the first thing i checked. Internet explorer, java, shockwave etc.

Plusnet Assist it not necessary - there is absolutely nothing it does that can't be done directly.
Uninstall Plusnet Assist and tell us what problem you are trying to solve and we'll advise you how to do it.
