When I joined Plusnet I chose not to have another email address.ed to have
I have now downloaded the Plusnet Assistant due to the email I received.
It came up with an error that I did not have a Plusnet email addy so I created one.
Now all I get is the assistant popping up saying that it does not work and that it will fix it.
It does neither.
It does not work and the assistant does not fix it.
After 2 days I am fed up with the assistant not being able to do its job.
Am I really the only one with this issue ?
If I am forced to have yet another account then it's not a problem but it needs to work.

How do you get your email from the Plusnet address? Do you use webmail, or do you have a mail client configured on your computer?

Hi Matt,
I let the assistant set it up on windows live mail which I already use for my other accounts.
The fix it wizard pops up every 15mins or so and does not fix it.
I am going to uninstall it all as it drives me mad.
