Plusnet Assist - Compatible Browsers

I have just joined PlusNet, and installed PlusNet Assist. When I open Assist, it tells me that my browser is not compatible - but my Windows 7 desktop has 2 of the browsers stated to be compatible, IE 11 and Firefox, already installed. In an attempt to solve the impasse I installed the third,Safari. Still no compatibility, and the Safari browser is overrun with Apple adverts, making it next to useless even if it were recognised. I would be very grateful for any help!

Junk the program - it is a waste of space

I wish I'd read this first! I just started using PlusNet today and also downloaded and installed this. I use Firefox but even with FF as my default browser when I open PlusNet Assist it opens in IE and tells me that my browser isn't compatible! I'm off to uninstall it!
