Each time I phone PlusNet I am reminded that I can log a call on-line. Is there anyone who either did not know this or at the very least assume it ? I would rather have an option of skipping that time waster message and getting on the queue as fast as possible.
What annoys me about this message, is the fact that, the caller may well be calling up because HE CANNOT GET ON THE NET...! so how INSULTING is that for a Plus Net Message.?
