PlusNet Referal System

Using the Links for a Banner and Code PlusNet provide I have been trying to get these on my Signature for emails - I use Windows Live Mail 2011. After hours of trying and also utilising Windows own  ::)guide ( in addition to the Plus Net Guide) to Signatures utilising HTML I have to admit to a dismal failure.
Has anyone done this and is able to guide me?, any help would be much appreciated

I think I am there but it has been a real struggle getting the Banner as a Signature on Windows Live Mail. This YouTube video got me there and here is the Link, if anyone has a similar problem with Windows Live Mail.
