PlusNet App

I was looking on GooglePlay and come across an app for PlusNet.
It looks legit, has been downloaded 20k times, so I thought I'd try it.
I downloaded it, AVG mobile passed it, I tried to log in, and it says my password is incorrect.
My password is very much correct.
Looking at the comments on the app, I am now wondering if it in fact is not an authorised PlusNet app at all?
Can somebody confirm or deny that a PlusNet Android app exists?

There are some apps written by users, but nothing officially endorsed/written by us.

I did download the app mentioned here http://community.plus.net/blog/2010/12/10/plusnet-theres-an-app-for-that/ when I had an iPhone.
Unfortunately it didn't allow me to log in to force9, my VISP.
