Not sure if this is the right forum, but previous (old) Phorm topics have been sent to Broadband Speed forum, which doesn't seem right.
Anyway, I was interested to read this:
https://www.amazines.com/Advertising/article_detail.cfm/638513?articleid=638513Apparently a US ISP, Comcast, is trialling targetted TV ads using phorm. If this involves streaming adverts or something similar it sounds a horrific escalation of the phorm concept.
But I'm not a techie so may have read this wrong.
