Paul Summers not reading what he sends out

I have recieved an asking me to fill in a survey along with a message lusnet assist will work on all windows pc and laptops but when I log on to down load  it says will not work on  windows 8 or 8.1
Paul seems to be letting down the team

Hi Purrdie3 and of course Welcome.
I think you'll find that the email was sent on Paul's behalf by an automated system, a system that has not been updated like the website regarding the PN Assist not working on Windows 8.1. I wouldn't worry about it anyway, you're not missing much. And if you do need assistance here (the Fora) is your probably your best port of call.
