I tried finding out why, when I re booted, on the net, and found how to find the error thingy (see? im extremely technically mided hehe, its a error thingy lol ) and the error said..
Error code 00000019, parameter1 00000020, parameter2 fbcd09d0, parameter3 fbcd1230, parameter4 ed0ced09.

According to M$ here, it is a problem with the NTFS file system on Windows Server 2003. It was corrected initially using a hotfix and was then fixed in Service Pack 1. Since you haven't mentioned Windows Server 2003, I may have made a wrong assumption!

You had a look in "Event Viewer" for some clues? It's under "Administrative tools" in "Control Panel".

Try doing a chkdsk /r at a command prompt, to check any file system errors, also may check the memory using memtest, run it a few times, as memory faults do not always show up on the first pass.

Start - run - and type cmd. This opens a command prompt. At this type chkdsk /r to run a disk checker that will also repair any problems it finds
