I know i am not very patient, but i have 2 unanswered tickets both more than 24hours old, is anyone else seeing this problem?

Yes, welcome to the forum. If you check HERE the page gives some indication of response times.  There are problems at the moment due to the discontinuation of the Durban call centre.
