At first, please follow the steps and check if it works.
- Go to Android settings -> Accounts -> Add account -> Outlook -> Exchange
- Type your email, and password and verify the connection worked
- The new account will show in your outlook app.
- Besides, please check if you are able to sign in portal using your Office 365 account. If you can sign in portal, please wait for some time and try again. If you cannot sign in portal, please contact your admin and check if your account is valid.
