Outlook Express 6 Query

I use O E 6 for main mail but have adresses for my wife and another as local folders , how do I send from these, and have these other adresses put on the mail as senders

This seems rather complex to me, with a previous OE I fancy I had a Rolling address bar at the top, the mails are selected inwards by message rules is there noway out with this Thanks
