I have a reminder in outlook to do my CIS tax return going from the 15th>19th month on outlook, it has worked ok up to now for ages but for some reason it keeps popping up and when I dismiss it it says "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be
reminded Again. Could not complete the operation. One or more
parameter values are not valid."
I have tried Start/Run: outlook.exe /cleanreminders
but that doesn't seem to have made a difference, maybe I should delete the series and put it back in again?

Yes, deleting the series & creating a new one should work ok.
