Order stuck on "Activating your line"

In the Order Tracker it says it is "Activating my line" which " typically take a week to complete."
However, it's been stuck like this for about 9 days I think.
I received an email on 04/07 saying my phone and broadband are expected to be activated on 20/07/2015.
How long do these things usually take?

I forgot to mention that although my phone is now activated, I still haven't even received my router and in fact it even says "Hardware dispatch pending
The order has not yet been placed"...

Hi there,
Sorry for any confusion with the orders, I've just checked and the broadband order has completed now too. Unfortunately the router hadn't yet been dispatched, so that's now been ordered and should be with you in the next few days.
