Does anyone know who to contact at Openreach re cabinet upgrades?
I am on FTTC and getting 5.6mb. This is within the specified estimates when I signed up so, no complaints to Plusnet.
All I want to know is of future Openreach plans. If there are none then I can perhaps ask Ofcom where I stand in relationship to their 'Connected Nations'
