Not yet received £50 cashback as part of MoneySavingExpert deal

Hi,
I signed up with Plusnet via a link on the MoneySavingExpert website (see http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/plusnet-voucher) which entitled me to £50 cashback. It said it would take up to 10 working days to receive the cashback but it's now much longer than that (I signed up on 28 December). Can someone at Plusnet help please? The cashback was a major factor in me signing up so I want to get this sorted asap.

Did you receive an email after joining Plusnet about the cashback?

Hi there,
Just to clarify, it's 10 days from when your account goes active, not the point of signup. We've got a bit longer to wait before we can chase this up for you yet.

Andy, haven't received any emails about the cashback yet. But thanks Plusnet for clarifying. I'll keep my eyes peeled for an email in the next week.
