Non Installable Zip Client?

Does anyone know of a zip client that doesn't need to be installed? So that it could either be run from or copied from a USB stick to the target PC without installing first?

Not sure if this is what you're after, but you can get 7zip portable which will run from USB or a folder on the PC... would that do? It can handle zip and rar files too.
